James Deakin apologizes to Kris Aquino.
JAMES DEAKIN – Famous female celebrity Kris Aquino has received an apology from American journalist James Deakin through a personal message.
A quick resolution has been made on the issue between Kris Aquino and James Deakin after the American journalist has asked her number from Luis Manzano to personally send her a message.
According to a previous report, the issue was after the journalist has dragged the name of Kris as his “shield” after his interview with Bongbong Marcos which has received quite “unwanted reactions.”
He wrote in one of her blog post as posted on her Facebook account, ““Let’s be HONEST. We were both hired by Petron to do a webisode for them. NAGTRABAHO TAYO. BINAYARAN TAYO. You were informative & very good for on cam conversation… Now i understand the need to “explain” yourself but really? You’ll use 5’3 me as a “shield”?”
Thus, the journalist made way to reach Kris through Luis Manzano to which she agreed.
On the screen grabbed conversation as shared by Kris Aquino, she said that she appreciated that he reached out to her and he as well, on the other hand, has appreciated her responses.
“I see in hindsight how I shouldn’t have gone there and for that I am truly sorry. You’ve been nothing but gracious with me. And you don’t deserve to dragged into this mess. I do hope you can accept my apology,” James Deakin said in a text message.
To which Kris has replied, “No hard feelings. Apology accepted.”

He thanked her then and hoped for her quick recovery.
