MICHAEL CINCO – The internationally renowned Dubai-based Filipino designer Michael Cinco revealed some details as to how he created Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere’s final walk gown.
According to a previous report, it was Michael Cinco who created the gown of Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere for her final walk during this year’s pageant held at the Las Vegas.
Some of Cinco’s big clients even include international celebrities like Beyonce, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Carrie Underwood, Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Ellie Goulding, Nicole Scherzinger, Fergie Ferguson, Dita Von Teese, Brandy Norwood, Ashanti, Chris Brown, Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell, among others.
The gown of the beauty queen during her final walk is a scarlet red ombré couture gown in full Swarovski crystals which perfectly fits on her gorgeous giving emphasis on her 24 inches waist.

And now, revealed on the report from the Inquirer, Michael Cinco admitted that there was no formal fitting that had happened.
The beauty queen’s first fitting of the gown became the last and only.
Cinco said, “We just talked on the phone… There was even no actual fitting.”

As per the source, way back in September, Miss Universe Organization asked him to design the farewell-walk formal wear for the French Miss Universe.
“She really wanted something like this,” Cinco said as he describes the cut and the other details of the gown.
The gown was a mermaid-cut long dress with its skirt cut in a flowing bias, with a detachable train encrusted with Swarovski crystals, and it was all done in a month.
And clad in the gorgeous rich red gown by the designer, the beauty took it final walk as she passed the crown and the entitlement to South Africa’s Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters.
