Latest Weather Updates (Nov 29) Released By PAGASA
On Wednesday (November 29, 2017), the state weather bureau PAGASA has released the latest weather updates in the Philippines.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that scattered rains and thunderstorms due to easterlies are expected to be experienced across the eastern Philippines.
Cloudy conditions with thunderstorms and scattered rains could be experienced in the areas of Visayas, Bicol, Davao, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and Zamboanga Peninsula Regions.
Batanes and the Babuyan Islands could experience partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rain due to the northeast monsoon.
While the rest of the country is expected to experience cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers.
Northern and Central Luzon could experience moderate to strong winds where coastal waters would be moderate to rough.
Winds would be moderate to strong over the eastern part of Southern Luzon and the Visayas, where sea waters would be rough.
The rest of the country would experience from light to moderate winds, with moderate coastal waters.
