List Of Full Class Suspensions On Friday (Nov 10)

Here is the updated list of full class suspensions on Friday (November 10, 2017), in some parts of Luzon due to the Tropical Storm Salome.

On Friday, different local government units have announced suspensions of cl(–foul word(s) removed–) in different parts of the country affected by the Tropical Storm Salome.

Salome has maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 100 kph and recently spotted at the coast of Zambales-Bataan.

Class Suspensions

Storm signal no. 1 has been raised over Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, rest of Zambales and northern Occidental Mindoro. While tropical cyclone warning signal no. 2 has been declared in Bataan and Southern Zambales.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) advised the resident in the affected areas to be alerted to the possibility of flash floods and landslides.

Local government units have the power to suspend cl(–foul word(s) removed–) locally in areas affected by the weather disturbance, according to the automatic suspension guideline issued by the Department of Education (DepEd).

  • Signal No.1 – No Cl(–foul word(s) removed–) in Kindergarten
  • Signal No.2 –No Cl(–foul word(s) removed–) in Kindergarten, Elementary, and High School.
  • Signal No.3 – No Cl(–foul word(s) removed–) in Kindergarten, Elementary, High School, and College (including Graduate School).
