Marjorie Barretto explained to a basher questioning why she’s not with her daughter Dani, when the latter was rushed to a hospital.
On Instagram, the 43-year-old actress was furious over a netizen who question her about her daughter and her capability as a mother.
Here’s her statement:
“@shalil011 Let me correct you there. Dani was not hospitalized. She was at the ER for a consultation on something minor.
“By the time I was informed, she was already ready to leave.
“They only prescribed antibiotics for her. I was in touch with her while she was there.”
Just recently, Dani Barretto was rushed to the hospital due to the pain she felt on her stomach.
Many noticed that her mother was not there with her. Her best friend Bella Padilla was the one who looked after her and stayed with her.
Meanwhile, Marjorie Barretto also reacted on the online troll’s comment questioning her capability as a mother.
“Please question anything else about me, but not how I am as a Mom. You have no idea how much I love all of them. And I am there for ALL the children especially when they need me. And I will continue to be there even when they don’t need me to be. I take my role very seriously.”
On the other hand, Dani defended her mother via a Twitter statement against netizens bashing her mom.
Dani also refuted rumors that she’s having a rift with her mother, noting denial of “non-sense assumptions.”
