Veteran actor Cesar Montano boasted that at that age of 64, he is not taking any maintenance medicine.

Cesar’s showbiz career is so colorful. He has done remarkable movies that proved his versatility. Over the years, he has showcased his acting caliber doing action, drama, and even romantic comedy acting projects.

Now that he is a “senior citizen,” Cesar still exudes that youthful vibe. In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, the veteran actor shared how he was able to stay healthy.

Cesar Montano revealed that he is not taking any maintenance medicine. “Wala akong maintenance,” the actor sad when asked about his health. He would just do some fitness routines.

The actor pointed out that there is no need for complicated workout to stay healthy. For hm, it is just important that one should continue moving. He would do some exercise routines but not the heavy gym routine.

Cesar also said that body weight exercises is enough to maintain the body’s functionality. He is also careful when it comes to his food intake.

The veteran actor revealed that his target is just one meal a day because this is healthy for him.
