Security Guard Of A Popular Fast-Food Chain Allegedly Discriminated One Of Their Customers
A netizen named Vilma Nikki Dunn expressed her disappointment to the security guard of a popular fast-food chain after doing something unexpected.
Security guards were tasked to protect and secure the peace and order within the establishment. They were also assigned to entertain and help customers in a polite and respectful manner. In some incident, some of the security guards were being harsh and rude to some customers.
A Facebook user named Vilma Nikki Dunn has uploaded a video of a popular fast-food chain security guard who allegedly discriminated one of their customers because of its physical appearance. She also expressed her disappoint to the cruelty of this guard.
In the video, it can be seen that the security guard of McDonald’s won’t let a disabled person enter the popular fast-food chain. He also even tried to mock the customer with his hand gesture trying to say that he was a drug addict. The disabled person finally gave up and left McDo, then he crossed the street.
Dunn narrated that she went after the disabled person, but she saw the man already entered Jollibee. She noticed that the staff and crew of Jollibee are more hospitable and warmly welcoming their customers regardless of appearance, gender, age, and etc.
The staff of Jollibee even help the poor man to count his money in loose change. Vilma also said that she finds it worth sharing that’s why she posted it on her social media account.

“I feel sad for this guy who just wants to get himself a decent breakfast from McDonald’s ( Mc Arthur corner Field’s ave. ) The guard won’t let him in seeing that he is a beggar with a disability. The man was pointing at the counter trying to explain that he wanted to order some food. The guard even tried to mock him with his hand gestures that says he’s an addict. The man finally gave up and left. I tried to approach the guy to help him get some food inside but he already crossed the street. I went after him but I have to do a U- turn.
