An Uber passenger posted a warning on the social media.
UBER PASSENGER – On the social media, a passenger of Uber shared her alleged experience when she booked a ‘shared car’ one night.
Based on a post on the Facebook account of Ally Daff, the netizen usually books Uber for safety and financial reasons. However, something allegedly happened one night.
Ally Daff claimed in her post that she woke up late one night, at 10:45 in the evening, and she has a 1am shift and she can’t anymore take the LRT and decided to take in Uber.
Based on the post, she requested for a shared car and she will only have to pay P131.00 from Sta. Mesa to the Mall of Asia (MOA).
According to her, when the car arrived, she felt nervous but she was more nervous to be late so she rode the car. The netizen stated that the driver even threw a joke to her which made her laugh.
In her post, the netizen then stated that the driver asked her to fasten her seatbelt and when she was doing it, he held her hand. She stated that she instantly took her hand away.
Based on the post, the driver allegedly kept on asking personal questions to the passenger while they were traveling. He was also praising her. She stated that she started to feel scared then.
The driver allegedly asked her if she would want him to cancel another request so they can talk but she insisted him to take it. He allegedly notice that she’s really nervous.
Based on the post, two other passengers rode the car and Ally Daff pretended to sleep as the driver allegedly kept on holding her hand and touching her hair. The other passengers went down the vehicle first and she and the driver continued the travel.
She stated that the driver allegedly asked for some extra time with her when they arrived to the place where she works but she kept on resisting.
He allegedly locked the doors of the car but she still kept on resisting whenever he would want her to look at him. Eventually, the driver unlocked the doors and she was able to get our of the car with so much fear.
