Inabanga PNP Chief confirmed that Reenor Lou Dungon is a part of the ASG.
REENOR LOU DUNGON – The Inabanga Philippine National Police Chief confirmed that the driver of the Nissan Navara pick-up, Reenor Lou Dungon, is a part of the Abu Sayyaf Group.
Based on a recent post on the Facebook page Dyrd Bohol Ang Kasaligan, Dungon was the driver of the Nissan Navara pick-up that was asked to stop in the checkpoint in Clarin together with a female police superintendent.
The female policewoman is Supt. Maria Christina Nobleza. Based on a post on the Facebook page of News5, the PNP has already released the photo of the female superintendent.
According to the post, Nobleza is the Deputy Regional Director of Davao Police Office Crime Laboratory.
She was nabbed after the investigation conducted by the PNP revealed that she attempted to help some of the rebel group members who attacked Bohol.
Lots of netizens expressed disappointment towards the issue.
Reportedly, PNP Chief Director General Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa said that the initial investigation revealed that Nobleza is a ‘balik-Islam’ and the driver of the vehicle, Reenor Lou Dungon, is his boyfriend.
Dungon is a suspected bomb expert. Dela Rosa stressed that Nobleza was not arrested for her relationship with the driver but for not stopping when they were flagged down at a checkpoint and as well as her alleged link to the ASG.
He expressed that she was a member of the group for anti-illegal drugs before she was returned to her mother unit.
The PNP Chief said that they became a suspect for trying to drive past the checkpoint.
Based on reports, the Police Superintendent’s mobile phone, which allegedly contains text messages from the rebel group members, was thrown by her upon the arrest. Nevertheless, the authorities was able to recover it.
The investigation is still ongoing until now.
