Look! A lady helped an old beggar and his story in life has made her burst into tears.

LOOK –  Jackie Sheyerie, the lady who wasn’t supposed to help the old beggar had burst into tears the  moment she found out what the beggar had gone through in his life.

In Jackie’s status she posted in her Facebook account, she narrated there on how, by fate and unexpected chance, she met the old guy.

According to her post, she shared in public that in her life for 21 years she “never ever” wanted to give even a single peso to beggars. She’d rather give it to sampaguita vendors because at least, those vendors exerts effort to earn.

But as she happened to meet this beggar in Ayala, her perspectives, especially in life, had entirely changed.

She narrated in the first part of her status, “Dala dala ko yung gym bag ko with my clothes and a bottle of water, tapos backpack cuz I’d be going UP na after. Nasa Ayala Ave ako nun, then I was going upstairs to the MRT station tapos may matandang lalaki na binoblock yung half ng space sa hagdanan.”

(I was carrying my gym bag with my clothes and a bottle of water, then a bacpack cuz I’d be going to UP after. I was at Ayala Avenue that time, and I was going upstairs to the MRTstation when an old man is blocking almost half of the space of the stairs.)

However, a girl next to her bumped her the reason why her Summit, a bottled water, fell on the black handkerchief of the beggar.

She was in the act of getting her bottle back but the beggar got it first and began crying. She was shocked by the reaction of the old man.

According to Jackie, the old man is crying while giving thanks to the water the beggar thought was given to him.

She went to a bakeshop and bought bread for the old man.

Before she left, she asked the beggar if he has a family or children. He just said that he had but his wife is dead and his children had abandoned him already. She asked for the beggar’s children name. Its the least that she could do to help the old man and promised to return the following week.

The beggar’s youngest son that she was able to contact will fetch his father.

However, the old man eventually died before his son arrives.
