The netizen cited the possibility that it could have a damage and was returned for replacement and then it was sold again.
According to the post of Mendoza, on the 11th day of April, he bought an Oppo F1s and when he got home, his sibling liked it so he was again given money to purchase a phone.
He stated that he was assisted by a different staff and that time a male staff attended to him. According to Mendoza, he checked the phone, charger, and earphone of the unit. He then signed on the receipt and paid after finding out that they were doing good.
He stressed that he was already on his way home when he remembered that there was no warranty card shown to him and the unit was not covered by plastic. However, he said that he just ignored it as he trusted the seller.
The netizen claimed that when he got home, his sister checked the unit and found the photos. He stated that he is going to return the phone for replacement or refund if they have no stocks.
The netizen mentioned City Telecom SM City Rosario and SM City Rosario Cavite in his post.
Mendoza stated in one of the recent comments in the post that the store looked for other stocks but found none. His refund request was granted so his money was given back to him but he and his friends did not like how the officer-in-charge of the store treated them.
“As a manager, in any industry hindi tama na mas mataas ka pa sa customer or guests mo lalo’t may complain,” he stated.
According to him, he chose to post about the incident to make others aware and that they will know that situations like that could also happen to them.
