A man was determined to see his online girlfriend in person.
ONLINE GIRLFRIEND – Alexander Pieter Cirk landed on the hospital after waiting for her ‘online girlfriend’ for ten days at a Chinese Airport.
Recently, a news report about a Dutch man who was very determined to see his ‘online girlfriend’ in person broke in. Based on a recent report in Elite Readers, 41-year-old Alexander Pieter Cirk was set to meet his girlfriend who uses a surname Zhang.
Alexander and Zhang were in an online relationship for two months. According to the report, Zhang is a 26-year-old female who resides in the Changsha, Hunan Province, South China.
When Alexander arrived at the Chinese airport, no one was there to meet him. He was there at the airport for ten days and nights until he lost consciousness due to his severe diabetes, lack of sleep, and poor nutrition.
According to the report, it was the emergency services who took the man to a nearby hospital. Media people communicated with Alexander’s ‘online girlfriend’ and she expressed that she was in Zhengzhou for a plastic surgery treatment when Alexander was at the airport.
While she was having her treatment, she turned off her mobile phone and she expressed an admission that she thought that it was just a joke when the man showed her his tickets to China.
Based on the report, Alexander and Zhang was able to talk through phone for two hours however she expressed that it would be “inconvenient” for her to go back to Changsha to meet Alexander in person.
There is still no information as to when exactly Alexander would be released from the hospital. Meanwhile, Zhang asked the medical staff to take care of him.
Nowadays, due to the fact that technology has come a long way, there are already lots of online application which create opportunities for two people to meet and get to know each other.
There are those who, after some time, meet each other in person and were able to build successful relationships while there are those who lose interest in the process and never shows up again in a certain app.
