Based on the post on the Facebook page Showbiz Government, someone sent a message to the netizen who made the analysis asking the netizen regarding the alleged text message of Kris to Pres. Duterte.

According to the netizen who made the analysis, the actress is in a situation right now wherein she is torn between confirming the alleged text message or denying it.

“We will, of course, PRESUME that Duterte was telling the truth when he mentioned the text during a very public forum,” the netizen stated.

Based on the post, the netizen does not see any justification for the President to tell a lie regarding the matter. Furthermore, the netizen also does not believe that what the President said was a jest even though the spectators were somehow entertained by it.

The netizen also emphasized that Pres. Duterte has even chided Baste Duterte, his youngest son, during the speech.

According to the netizen, if the actress would call for a press conference to deny the alleged text message, Bong Go might come out and reveal the message ‘from the President’s analog cellphone in social media’. The actress, then, would be tagged as a liar.

Moreover, the netizen added that if she would confirm the alleged text message, Kris would be tagged ‘as a beggar’. “So, which would be worst? To be outed as sinunggaling [liar] or a ‘pulubi’ [beggar]?” the netizen stated.

The netizen ended the post by stressing that silence is the best thing that the actress can do regarding the issue. Based on a previous news report, it was during a speech in Pasay City when the President shared about the alleged text message.

The President also shared his response to Kris saying that he is not into finding a ‘fault’ rather finding the truth.

The 71-year-old President also emphasized during the speech that he just want to give the Filipino people the truth and he is not into putting to jail those people who are not his allies in politics.

As of the writing, the actress still has not spoken something regarding the issue.
