WATCH – A video of a mock boxing match between Sen. Manny Pacquiao and Christopher ‘Bong’ Go, the executive assistant and longtime aide of Pres. Rodrigo Duterte went viral online.
Manny Pacquiao is undeniably one of the most prominent names in the field of boxing and one of the people who has brought pride and honor to the Philippines.
Coming from a poor family, the boxing champ managed to rise from poverty as he dedicated himself to the sport in which he is considered as one of the best. Commonly addressed as Pacman, is indeed one of those individuals who made a perfect rags-to-riches stories.
However, Pacquiao, later on, found another path to take. He entered politics and the boxer-turned-politician became the congressman of the lone district of Sarangani, the hometown of his wife Jinky Pacquiao.
Recently, the boxing champ ran for a senatorial spot in the 2016 national election and won. He expressed during the election campaign that he wanted to serve his country.
The newbie Senator faced lots issues when rumors about his recent boxing match went out. Nevertheless, Sen. Pacquiao justified that it is through boxing that he gets to earn and provide for his family. He assured the people that his match won’t hamper his senatorial duties.
Recently, a video went viral in social media after Christopher ‘Bong’ Go, the executive assistant of Pres. Duterte, uploaded it in his Facebook account.
Based on a recent news report in ABS-CBN News, the caption of the video posted by the longtime aide of the 71-year-old President reads: ‘Pambansang Photobomber knocks out Pambansang Kamao. May bonus pa… pati DTI Secretary Mon Lopez, knock out din.’

In the short video, it could be seen in the earlier part that Go pretends that he is stumbling as Sen. Pacquiao releases his punches to him. Later on, the video showed Go standing beside the sleeping Senator and Trade Sec. Lopez and pretended to be punching them.
The video has already reached 29,000 views according to the news report.
