Aquino Administration Transportation System Plan For The Country ‘Exposed’
Aquino Administration Transportation System Plan – A post on Facebook is now going viral after veteran journalist Ira Panganiban has ‘exposed’ the alleged plan of the past Aquino administration in relation to the transportation system of the Philippines.
Ira Panganiban, a former ABS-CBN News reporter said that the Aquino administration released an Executive Oder 182, which, according to him, allows the giving of P27-billion incentive to two car companies in the country.
The incentive was given to the car companies for them to produce 200,000 cars for the riding public instead of controlling the entry of private vehicles in the country and just resolve the current mass transport system.
According to Panganiban, this Executive has been legalized and has been discussed during a session of the House committee on transportation over the Traffic Crisis Bill.
The said bill grants emergency powers to President Rodrigo Duterte in addressing the traffic issues of the Philippines.
