Female Customer Vents Frustration Over Long Serving Time at Popular Fast Food Restaurant
A female customer expressed her disappointment online after allegedly waiting for more than an hour before receiving her order from a fast food chain branch.
Recently, Queen Chezcka Montecarlo, a Facebook user, shared her frustrating experience at a fast food restaurant where she claimed the serving time was extremely slow. Her post quickly went viral and gained different reactions from netizens online.
According to Queen, they placed their order around 7:30 in the evening but were still waiting for their food past 8:35 p.m. She said they had already followed up on their order several times because of the long delay, but their food still had not arrived.
However, Montecarlo was seeing newly arrived customers receive their meals ahead of them. Because of this, she felt upset and questioned why their order seemed to be taking much longer compared to others inside the restaurant.
The customer also mentioned her disappointment with one of the staff members handling the order numbers. She claimed that despite the restaurant already becoming less crowded, their order still had not been served.
Several online users also encouraged restaurants to improve their customer service and communication, especially when delays become unavoidable. Many said customers would appreciate updates and proper assistance while waiting for their meals.
As of now, the fast-food chain branch mentioned in the post has not yet released an official statement regarding the complaint.
