The tough-talking Mayor of Davao City, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, visited one of the counry’s most prestigious educational institution, University of the Philippines Los Banos. The mayor was invited by UPLB students to ask for his platforms and vision once elected as the next president of the Philippines.
Mayor Duterte attends Governance Transparency Forum but an untoward incident happened during the Question and Answer portion when some UPLB student allegedly disrespected the mayor and wanted to shame him in front of the televised audience.
The Mayor remained calm despite the fact that based upon the question thrown at him by a certain student named Stephen Villena, whose intentions is to reveal some of flaws on Mayor Duterte’s vision for a better Philippines.
