MMFF Earns More than P900 Million in Box Office After Day 10

The organizers of the country’s most popular film festival, the Metro Manila Film Festival announced to the public that all the eight movie-entry of the MMFF 2015 has crossed the P900 million mark in the box office after 10 days of nationwide showing.

The MMFF executive committee confirmed on Monday night that the film festival has earned P915 million gross earning from December 25 to January 3, 2016 for its eight official entries of the MMFF 2015.

According to MMFF, the films “My Bebe Love,” “Beauty and the Bestie,” “Haunted Mansion” and “#WalangForever”, in no particular order, remain as the festival’s top four films in the box office.

Aside from the Top Four entries of the MMFF, the other movies are “Are You Need is Pag-ibig,” “Buy Now, Die Later,” “Honor Thy Father,” and “Nilalang.”

The executive committee of the MMFF did not release the individual box office earnings of the top four movies but some insiders revealed that the movie “My Bebe Love,” and “Beauty and the Beastie” are jockeying for the Top 1 positions in the MMFF box office records.

The Metro Manila Film Festival will run until January 7, 2016 according to the official social media accounts of MMFF.
