The latest weather disturbance in the Pacific region, Tropical storm In-Fa (Bagyong Marilyn) is too far from the land to affect the Philippines according to the latest weather bulletin released by PAGASA on Monday, November 23, 2015.

Bagyong Marilyn was last spotted 915 kilometers east northeast of Virac, Catanduanes at around 4:00 AM, today. Tropical Storm In-Fa (Bagyong Marilyn) was bearing maximums sustained winds of 160 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gusts of up to 105 kph.
The typhoon is moving west northwest at 20 kph but it is not expected to make a landfall in the country, it will instead recurve away from the Philippines.
Meanwhile an Intertropical Covergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Mindanao and its nearby islands in Southern Philippines.
