The newest and hottest Star Cinema offering featuring Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano titled “Everyday I Love You,” dominated that box office in terms of earnings nationwide as the movie hits P100 million in box office income in less than two weeks since its first showings in hundreds of cinemas nationwide.

Star Cinema announced on Saturday that the movie “Everyday I Love You” already breached the P100-million mark in ticket sales.

Enrique Gil admitted during an interview with the Kapamilya Channel that he didn’t expect their movie to be this successful because this is the first time that he and Soberano did a romantic-drama project.

According to the 23-year-old Enrique Gil, usually he and her on-screen partner, Liza Soberano was used to the romantic-comedy genre on their movies and TV shows, but this time it is more serious and more mature.

The 17-year-old Liza Soberano on her part stated that it is overwhelming indeed to hear positive feedback about the movie “Everyday I Love You,” from those who already saw it

The movie also features former PBB finalist Gerard Anderson and directed by veteran director Mae Cruz-Alviar, it is still screening in theaters nationwide.
