The country’s highest official, President Benigno Simeon Aquino III or more popularly known as Pres. PNoy will once again stand as Best Man in one of the country’s most popular wedding celebration, the nuptial of the royal couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera which will be held at around 3:00 PM today, December 30, 2014.
Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will tie the knot at the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral along New York Street in Cubao, Quezon City. Based upon the wedding details of the DongYan Wedding, a total of eight Bishops and seven Priests are scheduled to celebrate the wedding mass of the royal couple.
The Philippine President, Pres. Aquino will be accompanied by his sister, the Queen of All Media, Kris Aquino, who will also attend the wedding.
The 54-year-old bachelor Chief Executive of the country is also known for being the best of various celebrity weddings in the country. He was also the best man of the wedding of singers Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez last December 2010.
President Aquino and Dingdong Dantes are considered as close friend after the actor supported President Aquino’s Presidential campaign during the May 2010 elections.
The President also appointed Dingdong Dantes or Jose Sixte Dantes III in real life, as Commissioner-at-Large of the National Youth Commission during an appointment made last September 1.
