Thirteen film entries, which are expected to be great hit, were now submitted for consideration in the highly-anticipated Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2014.
MMFF is the yearly film festival for the Filipino-produced films. The entries were being released on December 25 in theaters nationwide and it runs until the first week of January in the following year.
Kris Aquino, her son James “Bimby” Yap and Vic Sotto with Ryzza Mae Dizzon, who previously worked for the MMFF’s top-grossing film “My Little Bossings” last year, will compete in this year’s film festival.
The actress host is set to star in the sequel of the horror film “Feng Shui” with Coco Martin while her son Bimby will be joining Vice Ganda for “The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin 2”.
Kapuso stars Vic Sotto and Ryzza Mae Dizon is slated to work together again for “My Bossing’s Adventures” which will be directed by Joyce Bernal, Tony Reyes and Marlon Rivera.
The Super Star Nora Aunor will also return this year for the movie “Whistle-blower” after she starred on the award-winning film entry “Thy Womb” on 2012.
