Darren Espanto: The Voice Kids Blind Audition Performance Video

The Voice Kids Philippines aspiring singer Darren Espanto performed his own rendition of the song popularized by Jessie J. titled “Domino,” during the Sunday’s episode of the top-rating singing competition in the country, The Voice Kids. Coach Bamboo and Coach Sarah turned their chairs around and convinced Darren to be with their team.

The 12-year-old Darren Espanto who hails from Calgary, Canada was able to impressed Coach Sarah G. and Coach Bamboo who decided to push the red button and convinced Darren to join their respective team, the kid from Canada selected Sarah Geronimo as his coach.

Before Darren Espanto selected Coach Sarah, the pinoy rock icon, Coach Bamboo tried to convince him by stating that “I think I can help you and groom you to be a recording artist, a total package.”, Bamboo said to Darren.

Sarah G. on her part sang and danced with Darren to recruit him and be with her team. Darren Espanto then decided and picked Sarah G as her coach. According to Darren, Sarah Geronimo can help him a lot in the music industry.

The kid from Canada is no stranger to singing competition as he previously auditioned for Canadian reality singing competitition, “The Next Star” when he was just 10 years old. He also made it to the Final 6 of the Season 5 of the YTV reality series, aside from being a champion in the Edmonton-based talent reality search Pinoy Singing Sensation (PSS) in 2011.
