Mary Jean Lastimosa: Bb. Pilipinas Universe Winner for 2014

Mary Jean Lastimosa was crowned as the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2014 during the coronation night of the 51st edition of the country’s most prestigious beauty pageant fulfilling her dream of representing the Philippines in the Miss Universe 2014 beauty pageant.

The 26-year-old Mary Jean Lastimosa represents North Cotabato and best known in the pageant world as the former runner-up in the Bb. Pilipinas 2011 edition won by Shamcey Supsup. She also tried her luck during the 2012 edition of Bb. Pilipinas but she failed to make to the elite Top 5 list.

Often dubbed by pageant experts as one of the contestant having best bodies in the competition is already an edge for her during the preliminary round of Bb. Pilipinas 2014. True to her distinction, she was awarded with a special award as Best in Swimsuit in Bb. Pilipinas 2014.
