The Philippine pride Genesis “Azukal” Servania proved once and for all that he is indeed a knock out artists as he floored Rafael “El Torito” Concepcion in the second round of the main event in Pinoy Pride 22: The Revenge, on Saturday night at the Water Front Hotel in Cebu City.
With the victory of Negrense’s Servania, against the visiting Panamanian boxer, he is still unbeaten and captured the vacant WBO Intercontinental Super Bantamweight title. Servania was able to avenged the loss suffered by fellow ALA boxer AJ Banal who was defeated via knockout by Concepcion in 2008.

Genesis “Azukal” Servania improved his record to 23 wins while his opponent Concepcion was handed with his 7th loss in 26 professional fights. In the supporting bout of the “Pinoy Pride XXII, “King” Arthur Villanueva knocked out Edgar “Chololo” Martinez in the first round of their 12-round match up. Villanueva captured the new WBO International Super Flyweight title after the win.
Servania’s win was timely although during the first round of their match up both fighters started aggressively. The pride of Negros island caught Concepcion with a perfect uppercut that put the Panamanian on the canv(–foul word(s) removed–) out cold at around2:40 mark in the second round.
