As the new Grand winner of “Pilipinas Got Talent season 3” has been proclaimed last night, many have expressed their disappointment over the internet regarding the result of the talent show.

Other netizens have voiced out their opinion through different social networking sites saying that they are unhappy with the winners of PGT.

One of the netizens have posted in the micro blogging site twitter that the voting system of PGT were useless since most of the winners was based more on popularity and looks rather than the talent itself which is the main purpose of the show to discover the best talent of the Filipino’s.

There are some who questioned the purpose of the judges in the show and said that they should have something to say with the final result of the talent show.

Many have expressed that it should be El Gama Penumbra who wins the show since they have the most unique and very impressive performance during the finals, however the group only ranked number four in the voting.

Twitter user @marcee08 posted in her account wondering why the shadow play El Gama Penumbra did not even placed in the show.

On the other hand, there are others who are contented with the outcome of the show as Maasinhon Trio declared the grand winner of PGT season 3.

Judge Ai-Ai Delas Alas said in an interview after the show that there is no one to be blame with the outcome of the grand finals since the winners were chosen based on text votes.

One of the twitter users appealed to the Filipino people to give chance over the other talents of Pinoy aside from singing.

This is the third time that a singing talent won in the show that includes PGT season 1 winner Jovit Baldivino and season 2 Marcelito Pomoy.

Declared as the grand winner of PGT Season 3, Maasinhon Trio takes home 2 million pesos; runner ups Bringas brothers and Khalil Joseph Ramos were given 100,000 pesos while each Grand finalist will receive 50,000 pesos.
