Unas bears the testimony claiming that soon before the 2007 elections, former President Arroyo ordered his boss to ensure the election result to come out with a 12-0 in favor to the administration candidates not considering whether committing fraud during the elections.

Later he and Ampatuan went to the office of the former first gentleman Arroyo and there he heard of the two exchanging ideas about how the cheating operation will take place during elections.

Brillantes suggest to the Comelec lawyers to get more information from the detained Lintang Bedol who is the former Election Supervisor during the 2007 elections.
