Al Yankovic a weird satirical performer uploaded a video parody of Lady Gaga’s song “Born This Way”. He was able to attract millions of visitors. The video titled ” Perform This Way” was uploaded by Al Yankovic on April 20, 2011. As of this writing the video have already garnered a total of 1.9 million and counting.
Lady Gaga’s original hit song was also covered by a Filipino named Lady Aragon and had gone viral also.
Lady Gaga was first offended with the way the lyrics of the song goes but later on she approved the parody of her hit singles “Born This Way”.
Lady Gaga when interviewed was quoted as saying as “I hate Weird Al. He used the song without permission and should be punished! I did a speech at the street corner outside of my subsidized apartment with my toothless honeybunch, Georgie Girl, and the people gathered around and agreed that Gaga rules and Al drools.
The parody was approved and the album will be released on June 21.
