TOKYO, Japan (UPDATE) – The most horrible disaster brought by quake and fire hits Japan.
The largest quake struck Japan on Friday that triggers a 10-meter tsunami and was able to sweep away almost everything including cars, buildings, boats, and tons of debris miles inland. Fire was also burning out of control.
The 8.9 magnitude quake follows with more or less 19 aftershocks, caused many injuries and damages a lot of properties. There are also fires and the wall of water pushed the people to move to higher ground in coastal areas. The country’s eastern shore was by violent tremors and reached Tokyo which is hundreds of miles away from the epicenter off the northeastern sea coast.
The entire Pacific was issued by the tsunami’s warning, mentioning areas in South America, the entire U.S. West Coast, Canada and Alaska. Back in 2004 the giant tsunami also struck the Asia including the Philippines, Taiwan and Indonesia. These countries were also issued with very high alert. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center was also issuing same alerts for countries in west and across the Pacific as far away as Columbia and Peru.
Naoto Kan, Prime Minister of Japan said at a news conference that “The earthquake has caused major damage in broad areas in northern Japan,”. In the North of Tokyo, Sendai airport was swamped with cars, trucks, buses and thick mud deposited over its runways. Huge waves of muddy waters were over farmland near the city while some of the buildings and cars were on fire. Thick smoke also can be seen coming out from an industrial area in Yokohama’s Isogo area.
A report according to public broadcaster NHK, records shows that the 2:46 p.m. quake with a magnitude of 8.9 was the biggest earthquake to hit Japan since 1800s, the U.S. Geological survey said. As the Japan’s Fire and Disaster Management Agency was stated the quake struck at a depth of six miles (10 kilometers), about 80 miles (125 kilometers) off the eastern coast and was 240 miles (380 kilometers) northeast of Tokyo.
The Japan government was ensuring to lessen the damages and to keep the safety of its people. The Defense Ministry was sending troops to the quake-hit region. They said that they were sending aircrafts utility and several helicopters right away.

TSUNAMI TRAGEDY

…To All my CLASSMATES, my RELATIVES, my JAPANESSE FRIENDS, esp., to my FOSTER FATHER (HIRO KAMIMURA) in JAPAN, I hope you’re all in safe place and situation right now. I am really worried about the tragedy you suffered there in JAPAN.
To All the people of JAPAN especially the VICTIMS and to they’re FAMILIES, I would like to extend my deepest sympathy that was happened in your beloved country.
We are hoping for the fast recovery of your country. We should all pray and ask for the GOD’s guidance especially these times. What is happening right now not only in Japan but all over the WORLD maybe a sign that judgement is near coming. And now is the time for all of us to REPENT our SINS and ask for GOD’s forgiveness.
