Robredo On Mocha Uson’s Blog: ‘I don’t intend to read it’

Vice Pres. Robredo admitted that she has not read the blog site of Mocha Uson.

ROBREDO – Vice Pres. Leni Robredo said that she does not ‘intend to read’ the blog site of entertainer-turned-blogger Mocha Uson.

Recently, one of the issues that have captured the spotlight is the resignation of Vice Pres. Robredo from her Cabinet position as the chairperson of Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDDC).

Based on a previous report, she has come up with the decision to step down from her Cabinet post after she received a text message asking her to “desist from attending all Cabinet meetings”.

The text message is allegedly from Cabinet Secretary Jun Evasco Jr. and reports stated that it was an order from Pres. Rodrigo Duterte through Christopher ‘Bong’ Go, his longtime aide.

Vice Pres. Robredo assured her supporters that she will not let anyone ‘steal the vice presidency’ from her. She also expressed her hope that the Duterte Administration would continue what she has started as chairperson of the HUDDC.

In a recent news report in Inquirer, it is stated that the entertainer-turned-blogger Mocha Uson has ‘lambasted’ the Vice President several times in her social media account which is being followed by more than four million netizens.

However, the Vice President said during the Meet Inquirer Multimedia forum that she has no intention to visit the blog of Mocha Uson. “I would have to admit that I have not read her blog and I don’t intend to read it,” Vice Pres. Robredo expressed.

Furthermore, the second-highest official in the country expressed that there is no need to ‘hire trolls’ for the matters created by them are ‘self-inflicted’.

The Vice President believes that there are still a lot of people who are in the same side as her and there’s no need to join the bandwagon.
