LP calls for support to a senator who does her mandated job.
LP CALLS – After several exchanges of statements between President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Senator Leila De Lima regarding political matters that heat up the surface, the Liberal Party called for support to a member of the senate.
Undeniably, there were several cases already in the past that linked President Duterte and Sen. De Lima. The trending handshake after the first State of the Nation Address of the President is just one of those several instances.
Recently, President Duterte have made all efforts to eradicate the drug trade in the country possible. Since he assumed the highest post, the anti-drug campaign has been on its full operation.
The 71-year-old President’s warnings have sank to the nerves of numerous drug users and pushers to surrender. His ‘shame campaign’ as well has made even some government officials to voluntarily surrender themselves as involved in drug trade.
THE PRESIDENT DID NOT MENTION ANY NAMES ON HIS SPEECH. EVEN SO, THE PRESIDENT HAS SAID HE HAS ALL THE EVIDENCE, AND THE TRUTH WILL COMES OUT. JUST DO YOUR JOB AND IF YOU ARE DOING RIGHT THEN NOTHING TO WORRY.
