China’s e-Passport Protested by Philippines (Video)

China’s inclusion of the West Philippine Sea to their e-passport drew protest from the Philippine government. On Thursday Philippines protested the new electronic passport of China, calling it “unacceptable” and an infringement on the country’s territory.

Beijing have released earlier a new batch of e-passports bearing the map of the disputed area displaying the Chinese claimed nine-dash lines.

Aside from the Philippines, the countries of Vietnam, Brunie, Malaysia and Taiwan were also claiming some of the areas which are included in the century old nine-dash lines of China.
