MR. JOSEPH ARELLANO
Employee
Stocks Department

Dear Mr. Arellano:

Good day! It has come to my attention that your attendance contains late records that is over the limit set by the company. During the interview, every employee was informed that a maximum of five (5) lates are allowed per month but with deduction from the salary.

Based on your records, you incurred ten (10) lates in the month of October and fifteen (15) lates in the month of November. I saw your October record on the first week of November but I thought there were just some emergencies until I noticed that your coming to work late is really very frequent.

This is a warning letter that will mark the first offense regarding your lates. I would like to remind you that the second offense already includes work suspension without pay and that is something that I also do not want to happen. The company is very open to hear your side.

Sincerely,
