REQUIREMENTS FOR PAG-IBIG CASH LOAN – Here are the documents that you must prepare in applying for Pag-IBIG Fund Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL).

Pag-IBIG Fund has several loan offers for its members. One of these is the Multi-Purpose Loan offer or also called the MPL. Eligible applicants may apply for it to obtain fund to make a huge purchase, travel, for the studies of the kids, etc.

There is fast processing of the MPL. In as fast as two (2) days, you can get your money. Refer to the lists below for the requirements in applying for this loan offer.

The requirements for Pag-IBIG Cash Loan depends whether you are employed, self-employed, or an overseas Filipino worker (OFW). You can check the lists below for which documentary requirements will you need to prepare.

If you are employed, prepare the following documents and submit them to Pag-IBIG Fund in applying for the multi-purpose cash loan offer:

• duly-accomplished and signed Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
• one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
• proof of income:
  • “The “Certificate of Net Pay” portion at the back of the application form must be accomplished by the employer or submit photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip duly authenticated by the company’s authorized signatory”

If you are self-employed, prepare the following documents:

• duly-accomplished and signed Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
• one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
• proof of income (any of the following):
  • original copy of Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months
  • photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR), Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit
  • original copy of Notarized Affidavit of Income
  • original copy of Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details
  • Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency (original)
  • original copy of Certificate of Engagement issued by the owner of business

If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare the following:

• duly-accomplished and signed Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
• one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
• proof of income (any of the following in original copy):
  • Employment Contract
    • photocopy of Employment Contract between employee and employer or original copy of POEA Standard Contract
  • Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) with Host Country or Government
