Former sexy actress Sunshine Cruz filed a case against his husband Cesar Montano on February 3, 2015 at the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office. The case filed by Sunshine Cruz is the Violence Against Minor Daughters under Republic Act 9262 and Republic Act 7610 or Child Abuse.
Cesar Montano was accused by his wife, Sunshine Cruz because of alleged scene that their three children witness when they were with their father.
According to Sunshine Cruz lawyer Atty. Bonifacio Alejantaja, the alleged Cesar Montano “did something obscene in the presence of his three daughters.
Cesar Montano’s laywer, Atty. Joel Ferrer on his part was quoted as sayinng “Cesar categorically denies this. Napaka-imposibleng magawa ‘yan ni Cesar sa mga anak niya. Wala siyang maalalang ganyang sitwasyon except for one he was like fixing his pants.”
In an official statement sent to ABS-CBN News, Cesar Montano denied the allegations made by his former wife, instead he noted that Sunshine Cruz wants something from him for her own motive and the main reason behind the controversy is Cesar Montano’s property.
Cesar Montano also noted that he will agree if Sunshine Cruz wants his property, what is most important for the actor is to never involved involved their children on their recent spat.
