Elmo Magalona was asked about his love life
Actor Elmo Magalona talked about his decision to be single for now and this is something to do with his career.
Elmo’s last relationship that was known by the public was with a non-showbiz girl named Ryanne Caynap back in 2020. This came after his breakup with actress Janella Salvador. For now, the actor said that he is not prioritizing his love life.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante, Elmo said that he has been very busy doing his showbiz engagements to focus on finding someone to be in a relationship with.
“I’m just taking it easy… ‘yun lang. Just being patient. Ang dami kasing nangyayari ngayon sa mundo. Nandiyan lang naman siya pero I’m just being patient lang with things right now,” Elmo Magalona said.
Having a lot of things that are keeping him busy right now, the actor said that he does not want his partner to get pressured. “I’d rather work on myself para when the time comes, masasabi ko na I’m ready na for it… I’m just taking time with things,” he added.
Elmo is part of the Kapamilya series 2 Good 2 Be True featuring the KathNiel love team of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. In the series, he plays the character of Atty. San Pedro, who is handling Eloy’s case, which is the character played by Daniel.
Aside from this TV series, Elmo also has a hosting stint on PIE Channel for the PIE Night Long Sessions with Vivoree Esclito. He said that he feels blessed to have this hosting stint. “It feels like a blessing talaga for me kasi this is something connected sa love ko, which is music… pero different ito kasi first time akong magho-host,” Elmo Magalona said.
He added that through hosting, he is able to show the audience a different side of him because he was known first as a performer. This is the reason why he enjoys doing this show.
