HEART EVANGELISTA – International endorser Heart Evangelista plans to buy a house in Paris and this is her plan for it.
Flying to and fro Paris is Kapuso actress and fashion icon Heart Evangelista to attend haute couture and fashion weeks. The actress-socialite actually ranked third among the celebrities and influencers in terms of high Media Impact Value in the Paris Couture Week.
Media Impact Value (MIV) is the monetary value of every post, interaction, or article about a brand. She has $1.4M in Media Impact Value next to Kim Kardashian and Chiara Ferragni. Other personalities in the Top 10 of this list are Kris Jenner, Leonie Hanne, Dua Lipa, Bella Hadid, Jojo Maronttinni, Yara Alnamlah, and Maja Malnar.
And since she’s been doing this most of the time, she finally decided to buy a place of her own there. Such a decision is for practical reasons. According to her, she’s been paying for her stay there whenever she has to attend events.
The brand will only pay her expenses if she won’t attend other events. Since she cannot allow this to happen as she needed to attend all of it, she paid for herself and her team every time.
“Some of the shows kasi if they get you for a brand, you can’t attend other shows if they pay for everything kasi kumbaga lock-out ka sa kanila,” she explained.
And while she’s not in Paris, she thought of generating income from the property by welcoming people to rent it. For now, she’s really saving for it. She will be in Paris next week with her sister before flying to Milan. She will then return to Paris after that for the September Fashion Week.
