Heart Evangelista Reveals She, Chiz Escudero Almost Broke Up Before Wedding
HEART EVANGELISTA – “Queen of Creative Collaborations” Heart Evangelista revealed she and Chiz Escudero almost broke up before their wedding.
Kapuso actress and endorser Heart Evangelista is married to politician, Francis “Chiz” Escudero, the current governor of Sorsogon. Chiz is among 63 candidates vying for a seat in the Senate.
The 37-year-old celebrity recently featured her husband on her latest Youtube vlog titled “Adulting With Chiz.” She stunned several viewers after revealing a funny “little trivia” about her and the politician before they tied the knot.
During the latest episode of Heart Evangelista’s series, she revealed that she and Chiz Escudero almost broke up before their wedding. In the video, she said that it all began when they went to counseling which apparently ended in a horrific fashion.
“Just a little trivia, when we were about to get married, we both went to counseling, right? And they do an approval keme if pwede ba or what. We came in holding hands and when we went out of that place? He didn’t even open the door for me, we thought that was the end.”

One girl even offered her house to Heart Evangelista for her to stay if she ever needs it. “Sabi pa nung girl sakin, ‘If you need a place you can go to my house. ‘Muntik na kami maghiwalay, oo, talagang napa-doubt talaga ako, ‘Shocks. This is it. Hindi pala talaga,” Heart said.
Escudero soon chimed in and said, “sabay hirit pa yung nag-counsel samin, ‘Actually this is natural ah. Not everyone actually goes through with their weddings.”

In a previous article, Heart revealed that her husband still gives her allowance. Chiz then admitted that he does provide an allowance for her but only “for basics, not for luxuries.”
