Ogie Diaz mentioned something about Korina Sanchez in his recent vlog
Talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz appeared to have hinted at the “love letter” he received from seasoned journalist Korina Sanchez.
In a recent Showbiz Update vlog of Ogie with Mama Loi and Mrena, they talked about the article by Janiz Navidad about the upcoming AMBS launch which will happen on September 13.
In the article, it was stated that the news program will feature Korina Sanchez and Anthony Taberna, also known as Ka Tunying as news anchors. It was also stated that Toni Gonzaga’s Toni Talks will become one of the shows on the new channel of business tycoon Manny Villar.
With this, Mama Loi said that Ogie Diaz was right when he said before that the wife of director Paul Soriano will have a show on AMBS. “Sabi ko sayo eh, totoo yun eh,” the talent manager-vlogger said.
Then, Mrena said that Korina was mentioned and asked why the seasoned journalist said before that she was not offered anything yet. To recall, back in June, Korina denied that she is already part of AMBS and that she was recruiting talents. She clarified this issue through an Instagram post.
Regarding this, Ogie said that perhaps the offer just happened recently. “Huwag ka na ngang gumanyan-ganyan. Masusulatan na naman tayo ng abogado,” Ogie said that garnered laughter from Mama Loi and Mrena.
“Gusto rin siguro ni Mrena makatanggap ng love letter nay,” Mama Loi added and Ogie answered, “love letter mula sa abogado eh.” When Mrena directly asked the talent manager-vlogger if he received a letter from the lawyer of Korina, he just covered his face and laugh.
Ogie Diaz stopped Mrena and said that they will be put in an uneasy situation because of this. “Behave na nga tayo, baka ma-love letter naman yan,” he said.
However, in a previous interview, Korina expressed that she is open to the possibility of working with AMBS.
