Carlo Aquino stars in ‘How To Move On In 30 Days’
Kapamilya actor Carlo Aquino shared his thoughts on the process of moving on at a recent media conference for his new digital series with the same theme.
Talking about his series How To Move On in 30 Days with Maris Racal, Carlo was asked about how he moves on from a heartbreak. Based on the article in Bandera, the actor said that it is a process and there is no exact timeline for this.
“In time, mawawala siguro. Mawawala na lang siya eventually. Minsan nga, hindi mo alam, naka move-on ka na pala,” he said. Carlo shared that one thing that he would do to move on is to spend more time with his friends.
He would share to his friends his heart break story over and over again. For him, this helps when it comes to dealing with the pain. “Kuwento nang kuwento sa mga kaibigan hanggang manabang sila. Pero hindi naman importante na sila ‘yung manabang, kasi kailangan ‘yung sakit mo ‘yung manabang. So ikukuwento mo pa rin kahit ayaw na nila, hanggang sa mawala na ‘yun,” Carlo Aquino said.
When it comes to the state that he could say that he has already moved on, he said that it will be the time when he has completely grasped the situation and accepted what happened. “Kumbaga meron ka nang eksplanasyon sa sarili mo na tatanggapin mo tapos magmu-move on ka na. Okay na ‘yun. Next,” he added.
He also stressed surrounding yourself with people who love you helps a lot, like family and friends. When asked if he is open to second chances, the actor said that it depends on what he and the girls went through.
“Hindi naman kailangan na may kasalanan, pero depende siguro kung paano ‘yung naging relationship niyo nu’ng kayo pa,” Carlo Aquino said adding that you should justify the decision to try it again.
