Vice Pres. Leni Robredo Speaks on Plans If She Wins President in 2022 Election
LENI ROBREDO – The Vice President and presidential candidate said that she will order the full disclosure of the government deals if she wins president.
Vice Pres. Robredo is one of the 10 candidates that remain on the official ballot for the presidential race in the Election 2022. She is running as an independent candidate. The second-highest official in the Philippine government is vocal about her desire to expand the means of her current office in fighting the pandemic if she will win president in the next poll.
Robredo is also vocal about her desire to provide safe employment to the Filipinos and a government that the people can trust. The Office of the Vice President (OVP) was recognized by the Commission on Audit (COA) for an excellent account of its spending.
Furthermore, if she will win president in the Election 2022, Vice Pres. Leni Robredo assured that she will exert all efforts for the regularization of the job order employees of the government. She wants the J.O. workers to receive the same benefits as the regular employees.
Recently, during the KBP forum ‘Panata sa Bayan 2022’, Vice Pres. Leni Robredo said that she will order the full disclosure of the government deals to the public if she wins president in the next election. According to her, she wants to push a bill for it but while the bill has yet to be passed into law, she can release an executive order for the full disclosure of the government deals.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, in her first 100 days if she will win president, Vice Pres. Robredo said that she would focus on cleaning the government. She is also open to disclosing her wealth to the public and she wants regular lifestyle checks of the government officials along with the release of the Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN).
