This is the reason why Vilma Santos chooses not to give comments about her ex-husband’s current relationship.
VILMA SANTOS – Veteran actress-politician Vilma Santos asked about Edu-Cherry Pie’s romance but refuses to give any comments.
Screen veterans Edu Manzano and Cherry Pie Picache who also star together in the series Marry Me, Marry You are officially in a relationship. They made their relationship publicized last November putting an end to the circulating rumors about them following the photos of them together online.
Luis Manzano, after the relationship announcement, said that they were “caught off guard” about it. And Cherry Pie, in a previous article, denies divulging any further details about her new relationship and only has this statement, “I’m not yet ready to talk about it. Life is short, so go-go lang sa love life. If it works, thank you. If not, move on.”
Also, Cherry Pie’s son, Nio Tria, approved of their relationship. He already has made interactions with his Tito Edu when he was visiting her mother at their house. He’s also not shocked about them finally announcing their real relationship.
And one of the people asked to give a reaction to it is Vilma Santos-Recto, the ex-wife of Manzano. In a vlog of Luis, he asked his mother about this, and the actress-politician was amused by how many people have already attempted to get an answer or reaction from her.
Accordingly, it’s her personal choice not to give any reaction or dip a finger to issues like that. She just said, “What’s important I guess is I’m happy. I am happy… Pia is a very close friend of mine. At this point in time ng buhay natin ang pinaka-importante lang is nanda-diyan ang respeto’t pagmamahal. So, I wish them all the best.”
