Reckless Cop Arrested for Killing 2 Pedestrians and Rams Motorists in Bohol
A cop from Tagbilaran City, Bohol was arrested after his reckless driving resulted in the death of two (2) pedestrian and four others injured.
Two people were killed and six others were injured, according to Tagbilaran City police, after a car operated by a police officer allegedly plowed pedestrians and motorists. The victims were named Lisa Jimenez and Aileen Apatan, both inhabitants of Anda town, according to the report.

Tricycle driver Aristedez Taghap and his passenger Anthony Gabriel Villafuerte, both from Tagbilaran; motorcycle riders Ella Jean Gamban of Cortes and Edwin Alcoran of Dauis; and tricycle driver Aristedez Taghap and his passenger Anthony Gabriel Villafuerte, both from Tagbilaran. The six people were hurt in the car accident.
Pat, you’re the suspect. Ruben Ayuban, 31, was arrested and jailed while serving with a detachment of Regional Mobile Force Battalion 7 in Loon. The incident happened around 7:21 p.m. on Carlos P. Garcia North Ave., near a gas station and a general store shopping mall, according to the report.
When Ayuban collided with Jimenez and Apatan, who were strolling on the road, he was driving his Hyundai EON hatchback. Ayuban then crashed with the motorcycle that Gamban and Alcoran were riding a few meters away.
Instead of halting, the cops allegedly rushed until Taghap and Villafuerte’s tricycle collided. Ayuban is facing many charges of reckless imprudence, including two counts of homicide, multiple physical injuries, and property damage.
