The Voice of the Philippines Kids edition 2014 will feature three of the four coaches of the original “The Voice of the Philippines” who will return for the kids edition of the show as confirmed by ABS-CBN on Monday, March 17, 2014.
The official Twitter account of The Voice Philippines also tweeted the newly designed venue of The Voice of the Philippines Kids Edition 2014.
Previous judges of “The Voice Philippines” namely the Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo, Pinoy Rock Icon Bamboo Manalac, and international singer and Broadway actress Lea Salonga will be coaching the country’s singing hopefuls, aged 8 to 14 in the debut of “The Voice Kids” in the Philippines.
Only three judges and mentors were announced by the Kapamilya Channel, joining the casts of “The Voice Kids” are co-hosts Alex Gonzaga, who was last season’s “V-Reporters,” and Luis Manzano who ended his top-rating show “Minute to Win It” a few weeks ago.
The first season of “The Voice of the Philippines Kids” featuring talented kids in the country kicked off its auditions last November 2013 and it was followed by various screenings in different parts of the country. The Regular Edition of The Voice of the Philippines started its screening last January 12, 2014, the show will start airing this summer of 2014.
During the first edition of “The Voice of the Philippines” the country declared Team Lea’s Mitoy Yonting as the first-ever grand winner of The Voice of the Philippines.
