Sweet Message of Anne Curtis for Showtime Family as Program Celebrates 12th Anniversary
ANNE CURTIS – The Kapamilya TV host took to social media a heartfelt message for her “Showtime family” on the 12th anniversary of the show.
One of the longest-running programs of the ABS-CBN network is It’s Showtime. The noontime variety show is airing for 12 years now. It is one of the shows that tried to cope and to continue giving entertainment to the people despite the shutting down of the Kapamilya network.
Kapamilya actress-TV host Anne Curtis is one of the mainstay hosts of Showtime. The madlang people has witnessed several important events in the life of Anne including the milestones in her relationship with celebrity vlogger Erwan Heussaff and the actress-TV host becoming a mother.
Anne took maternity leave when she got pregnant with Dahlia. It was last December 2019 when the TV host was last seen on the program before her six-month maternity leave.
However, due to the situation now amid the pandemic, Anne has yet to return to Showtime. Speaking to Boy Abunda last September, she stressed that she is ready to return to the show but the upward trend of the COVID-19 cases makes her hesitant to do so. She is worried about the safety of her daughter.
Meanwhile, Anne Curtis assured that she will definitely be back in It’s Showtime. Recently, as the show celebrates its 12th year anniversary, the actress-TV host took to social media a heartfelt message for her Showtime family.
According to Anne, many things have changed but she is sure that their love for each other, the madlang people, and the goal to give happiness to the audience remains. She stated that she is looking forward to laughing with her co-hosts again and stressed that she misses them so much.
In her Instagram post, Anne Curtis also commended the people behind the camera who continue to work hard for the show despite the challenges. She expressed her gratitude and love for them.
