Anne Curtis Tear Up A Bit After Watching It’s Showtime’s Comeback

ANNE CURTIS – Kapamiya actress and tv host Anne Curtis couldn’t help but tear up a bit after watching It’s Showtime’s comeback.

Last September 6, ABS-CBN announced that some of its shows and movies will be back on free tv starting today October 10 via Eddie Villanueva’s Zoe Broadcasting Network Inc. It can be viewed on Channel 11 via analog broadcast in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Kapamilya shows are also available on Sky Cable and satellite TV providers. Celebrities like Judy Ann Santos, Vice Ganda, Angel Locsin, and Gary Valenciano following the announcement of the media network.

On Friday, the Phenomenal star Tweeted that he’s excited to welcome all their Kapamilya viewers to free TV. He wrote, “It’s Showtime on A2Z Channel 11 starting tomorrow. Haiiiiikennatweeeeyyytttt!!!!”

Recently, It’s Showtime host Karylle also expressed her elation to celebrate their show’s 11th anniversary on free tv. She considers the return of their show on free tv as a big blessing.

“Isang napakalaking regalo sa aming 11th anniversary month ang pagbalik ng Showtime sa free TV. Sa mga ‘di nakasabubaybay sa online and cable, na-miss namin kayo. Marami tayong pinagdadaanan ngayon pero nagtitiwala ako na after every storm comes a rainbow,” she said.

On Saturday, October 10, It’s Showtime hosts performed an opening number for their program’s return on free tv. After that, the spoke to their co-host Anne Curtis, who is currently in Australia with her family, via an online video call.

The Filipina-Australian celebrity turned emotional after seeing her co-hosts. She said she could not help but tear after watching their program’s comeback.

“Grabe nakakaiyak iyong opening to see you so happy about what’s happening… I can’t wait to come back and be reunited with all of you and to make our ‘madlang people’ happy,” said Anne.

Vice Ganda said their opening number would have been more fun if Anne was part of it. “Alam naman nating lahat na masaya ito kapag kasama ka naming,” the host told her.
