PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day February 3, 2021 (Wednesday).

The 4AM update from the state weather bureau says that the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan continues to affect the country on this day.
Based on the update, cloudy skies with rains will be faced by Bicol Region and Samar Provinces. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate with at times heavy rains.
Amihan will also bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, the rest of Visayas, Caraga, and the provinces of Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.
The same weather system will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
The bureau’s wind and coastal water condition forecast states that Luzon and Visayas will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast direction, while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.
Mindanao will face light to moderate winds that are also moving in the northeast direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
