Hard-Headed Man Surrenders 5 Days After Pasay Quarantine
A man identified as Igor Mocorro surrendered to the authorities five days after escaping from Pasay quarantine facility.
On Thursday (January 7, 2020), Pasay City Police chief Police Colonel Cesar Paday-os reported that a certain Igor Mocorro who arrived from Los Angeles, US surrendered after escaping from a quarantine facility in Pasay City.
The Pasay City government earlier ordered the police force to find Mocorro after he run away from a quarantine facility along Roxas Boulevard last January 3, 2020. The culprit eventually surrendered and returned to the health facility.
Mocorro reportedly violated the Article 151 of the Revised Penal Code or the Disobedience to Persons in Authority because of his act. His swab test results remains unknown as of this writing.
Previously, the Pasay City Police went to Mocorro’s residence in Malate, Manila to convince him to return to the quarantine facility in Pasay City. However, the cop did not find Igor on his home during that time.

The cops got a chance to talk with a friend of Mocorro and told him to convince his friend to return at Pasay quarantine.
