Michele Gumabao Statement – Sarah Wurtzbach, the sister of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach reacted to the statement of Miss Quezon City regarding the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 controversy.

Through the recent vlog of Michele, she addressed the issues that were brought up after the MUP 2020 pageant. She received negative feedback when she was not seen with other winners for the the final photo.

Because of that, she has been tagged as “bitter” and that she can’t accept defeat. Michele also answered this issue previously.

In her video, she explained that the pageant organization and even Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo knew the reason why she left because she talked to them before leaving.

However, in Michele Gumabao Statement, the pageant veteran said that what saddened her is that no one spoke about the reason why she left and that they just remained silent even though the online community has been speculating about it.

The sister of actor Marco Gumabao also stressed that the reason why she finally broke her silence is that she is fighting for herself because no one would do that for her.

This statement of Miss Quezon City received a reaction from Sarah Wurtzbach. The latter shared a photo of the pageant veteran and the caption of her post.

Then, Sarah shared a post on her IG story saying, “preach Michele” and “thank you Michele”. She also shared a quote from Michele Gumabao Statement saying, “There is a difference in being humble and being silent.”
