Vice Ganda talked about the effect of the pandemic and tragic events in his life
Comedian-host Vice Ganda opened up about the hardships he went through amid the pandemic in his sentimental ‘Ang Istorya Ko Na ‘Di Nyo Alam’ YouTube vlog.
Vice is known for bringing joy and laughter in every household that watches his show or movies. However, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Unkabogable Star admitted that he went through a tough time also.
He said that he became paranoid because of the health crisis. Vice he said that there was a point that he really got afraid to go out and he does not want to accept any visitor in his home. Because of this, Vice said that he was saddened by the fact that he can’t spend time with his family, especially with his mother.
A tragic event added to the paranoia that Vice Ganda felt. It was when the ABS-CBN was forced to shut down due to the franchise issue. The comedian said that he really felt worried because he has been working ever since he was young and he has a lot of people to support.
Then, another tragic event came into his life. His best friend died who has been living with him for several years and has been part of his family. Amid these problems that came into his life, Vice Ganda said that his faith played a major role in why he still continues to fight.
He is also thankful that he was able to prepare somehow when it comes to the financial aspect before the pandemic and the ABS-CBN shutdown took place.
One of the things that Vice is also thankful for is having his boyfriend Ion Perez in his life. He said that he wouldn’t know what to do in order to face those problems without Ion who helped him to be strong and gave him comfort every time he cries.
